Osteopathy can work well for anyone with an injury. It is one of the most effective ways to help you recover from injury and get you back to doing the things you enjoy. The breadth of osteopathy skills extends from health promotion to injury prevention, rehabilitation, maintenance of functional mobility and chronic disease management.
Your Osteopath will take a full case history, assess your mobility and advise on a treatment plan, which may involve exercises to help you recover.
During the Covid-19 pandemic we are committed to providing the safest environment that we can for your appointment. We are pre-assessing all patients to ensure a face to face appointment is appropriate.

Stuart Bentley

Stuart Bentley was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with an honours degree in Osteopathy in 1998 and shortly afterwards moved to North Yorkshire. Stuart has worked in the Yarm, Stockton area since 1998.

Stuart treats a wide range of musculoskeletal problems and has a particular interest in knee and shoulder injuries, osteoarthritis and sports injuries. He has undergone further training in the Neil-Asher technique for treating frozen shoulders. Stuart also has completed a course in pilates and rehabilitation and ergonomics and is able to offer work station assessments.
